The Process
01.
Booking, Contract and Payment
Keep an eye on your inbox—your booking link will arrive in the next 48 hours.
To make things easy, your selected time slot will include everything you need—payment, booking agreement, and family details—all in one place to confirm your session.
02.
Styling and Session
You’ll receive a Prep Guide a few days after booking, with styling suggestions for your family and helpful tips to prepare your little ones for the session.
I'm always available to help and we can arrange a Zoom Call to chat prior, meet and ease some of the nerves.
03.
After your session
14 days after your session, your secure online gallery will be sent via email.
PRE-PURCHASED GALLERIES
will have instructions on how to download your images immediately.
UPGRADING TO FULL GALLERY
You will be able to choose to upgrade via your online gallery. After purchase, you will receive an immediate email with instructions on how to download your images.
CHOOSING FAVOURITES ONLY
You will have 3 days to choose 10 of your favourite images before your gallery expires, after which you will receive an email with instructions on how to download them.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your gallery expires, you may be charged a re-opening fee of $25.
04.
Galleries & Bespoke Additions
After your images have been chose, your gallery will remain open for 1 month for you to make any additional purchases.
Prints, Frames and Canvases including seasonal Christmas Cards, will be available to order directly from your gallery via The Print Store.
Orders may take up to 14 days to receive and are sent directly to your door.
Would like to keep your gallery open longer for safety and backup? Subscriptions are available - please email me for plans.
