The Process
01.
Booking, Contract and Payment
Keep an eye on your inbox - your booking link will arrive in the next 48 hours.
To make things easy, your selected time slot will include everything you need - payment, booking agreement, and family details - all in one place to confirm your session.
02.
Styling and Session
You’ll receive a Prep Guide a few days after booking, with styling suggestions for your family and helpful tips to prepare your little ones for the session.
Pro Tip: Neutrals with subtle prints, chunky jerseys and cut hats are great.
Avoiding bold colours - including black - and prints or logos is recommended (these distract and can wash out your lovely skin tone).

03.
After your session
7 days after your session, your secure online gallery will be sent via email.
PRE-PURCHASED GALLERIES*
will have instructions on how to download your images immediately.
UPGRADING TO FULL GALLERY*
You will be able to choose to upgrade via your online gallery. After purchase, you will receive an immediate email with instructions on how to download your images.
CHOOSING FAVOURITES ONLY
You will have 3 days to choose 10 of your favourite images before your gallery expires, after which you will receive an email with instructions on how to download them.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your gallery expires, you may be charged a re-opening fee of $25.

Galleries & Bespoke Additions
After your images have been chosen, your gallery will remain open for 1 month for you to make any additional purchases.
Prints, Frames and Canvases including seasonal Christmas Cards*, will be available to order directly from your gallery via The Print Store.
Orders may take up to 7 days to receive and are sent directly to your door.
Would like to keep your gallery open longer for safety and backup? Subscriptions are available - please email me for plans.

FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
You'll receive a total of 20 edited images in your gallery.
Pre-purchased gallery upgrades will have access to download all 20.
Upgrading to your full gallery is available through your secure online link.
Folks who have chosen 10 favourites, will receive just 10.
How should we dress for our family session?
A Prep Guide will be sent to help with styling and you can check out my blog 'The Latest' - under 'About Me' on my website - for inspiration.
I'm available for Zoom Calls too.
What if my kids don't co-operate?
This comes up a lot, and it's nothing to worry about — mini sessions are short and relaxed by design, so there's no pressure to get a 'perfect' pose. Some of the best shots come from real reactions, not forced smiles. I'll work with your child in the moment, so you can just relax and enjoy the day.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Of course! This is a super quick session and I like to capture more candid moments. I'll give you gentle prompts and act a bit silly to tease those smiles out.
